I'm planning a trip to Portugal this July. I have much of it planned out but want to book a hotel in the Algarve region since it will be nearing busy busy season down there. How frequent are buses/trains from Faro to Lagos? Are they reliable?

We get in early to Faro and would like to spend two days and one night in Lagos before flying home from Faro on the 3rd day. Any suggestions you have would be appreciated. Thx
