depends a lot on how you approach the locals, and the general area i guess,
but have found all nationalities have their good and bad folks..
but generally i found people in Spain to be the 'happiest' of the lot..
could b the weather, or the fat wad of cash we've just spent in their shop! |

I've been to all Euro nations, with the exception of a few Eastern
ones, and have found, believe it or not, southern Germany--Bavaria--to
be the friendliest (northern Germany is another story...). Could be
because I look German, I suppose (am a dual citizen, US-Germany)! |
