|
On 24 June. The legendary Gay, Lesbian, Bi and Trans Pride Parade is a colourful, joyous and variegated procession that takes place every year to proclaim a protest message against all forms of discrimination and to champion equality and an end to homophobia, lesbophobia and transphobia...
Over half a million people take to the streets every year during the event. This year, as always, the parade will have a theme that reflects society and launches a sensitive debate in a thoughtful and humorous manner.
Since 2001, colourful floats, costumes and characters have featured alongside sympathizers with the cause who are there to party with the participants, support their action or proclaim their own sexual preference. The procession sings and dances its way through Paris as passers-by and residents look on, surprised and charmed by the warmth and conviction of the marchers.
Dont miss this unusual, entertaining and unforgettable experience.
