A few steps away from St. Peter’s Basilica with wiew on the famous dome, B&B Passeggiate Romane,
recently and finely renovated, offers a delightful and comfortable space for your stay in Rome.
In an elegant and quiet building with lift, it has all rooms with private bathroom, tv, air conditioning and heating,
free wi-fi and balcony. The bathrooms are complete and provided with hairdryer.
A bright and wide entrance hall with a relax area, a bath and a kitchen will greet you.
The B&B stands in a central area with many facilities: bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, post office, bank.
And just opposite the Guest House there is the Urban Railway Station “San Pietro” with connection to the Underground,
and Bus Stops to all the directions of the centre of Rome.
The breakfast is self service with packed food in the respect of the touristic - laws of Lazio Region, and it consists in:
corn-flakes, snacks, biscuits, sliced bread (ideal for sandwich and toast), marmalade, fruit juice, milk, tea and coffee.
And finally we do the cleaning daily of the rooms.

Passeggiate Romane is located in front of Sant Peter’s Basilica, in the area named “ Vatican-Porta Cavalleggeri.”
Here you will find all the services that you ever need: restaurants, shops, supermarkets, post office, but the most important thing is that by foot you can reach the Saint Peter’s Basilica in only five minutes.

How to reach us
It’s really easy to reach us from the Termini Railway station. You need just to take the train in front of the train station called “San Pietro”. One of the exits is just in “Clivo Monte del Gallo “, where is located our Guest House .

Who is coming from Fiumicino Airport, you have just to take the train in front of the Termini Railway station and then you need to change the train taking another train until the station “San Pietro”.

Important informations

1) Passeggiate Romane Guest House is not a Hotel but it is an ordinary B&B and so we have no a reception desk. So you have to confirm the time of your arrival here at Passeggiate Romane Guest House and if you are 1 hour late please call or text us. This
is very important that we know cause otherwise we can't garantee anyone will be greeting you at the Guest House when you arrive. The 31st December check-in is from 12 noon to 18 pm.

2) Ordinary check-in time is between 13.00-22.00. Between 22.00-24.00
there's an extra charge of 10 euros payable to the one who receives you
because of the inconvenient hours. We do not recieve people after 00.00.

3) We need your phone number to be able to reach you in case anything
unexpected should happen.

4) Please remember that payment is at the arrival and we only accept cash

5) Check-out time is at 10.00 on the day of your departure.
