The Hotel and Residence Coccodrillo *** is in a strategic position of Varazze (a wonderful town in a prestigious frame of Riviera Ligure) very close to the sea (200 mt) the historical centre and the new tourist port "Marina di Varazze".
It is the ideal place for a family holiday, a relaxing vacation but also for business tourism and for those who have to reach the Cruises Terminal of Savona and Porto Vado .

The construction and its swimming pool are surrounded by a flowery garden; the services and the comforts are guaranteed by a qualified and very kind staff.
The Hotel and Residence Coccodrillo has a solarium, a small meeting room, an internet point, bar and reception 24 hours a day, laundry and restaurant.
The guests can enjoy the climate of Riviera Ligure , sunny in summer and mild in winter, in a family atmosphere which is the ideal meeting point both for leisure and business occasions.
The restaurant and its staff offer an accurate service, mixing the genuineness of typical local cuisine and the most elaborate international cuisine.
To the guests that have chosen the small flats of our Residence, we offer the opportunity to have "take away food ".
Among all our services, we mention our children equipment and playground and a beach where the guests can go against payment of an agreed price.

Each room is provided with private bathroom, air conditioning, beds with orthopaedic mattress, direct line telephone, hair-dryer and satellite television; there are also "superior rooms" that must be reserved against payment of a supplement and are furnished with more refined furniture, hydro-massage bath, beds "sommiers" with orthopaedic mattress and double telephone (bedroom and bathroom).
In Summer, the guests that book full board have the opportunity to have their "fast lunch" on the beach.

Residence
To the guests that have chosen the small flats of our Residence, we offer the opportunity to have "take away food ". Among all our services, we mention our children equipment and playground and a beach where the guests can go against payment of an agreed price.

Its small flats (1 or 2 rooms), equipped with modern furniture, can be on the ground floor, on the first or the second floor of a carefully restructured small palace.
They look north or south and can be reserved weekly from Saturday to Saturday.
Each small flat is provided with cooking stove, micro-waves oven, air conditioning, TV SAT, direct line telephone, safe, central heating adjustable with a thermostat in each flat, kitchen linen, bed linen, bath room linen and kitchen-ware.
To the guests that have chosen to stay in Residence, we give the opportunity to have "take away food" or to eat in our Restaurant (agreed prices).
The guests are welcomed in our flats on Saturday from 4 p.m. in order to let us clean and set up the rooms.


NOTE: All rooms and flats belonging to the same category are not identical. Pictures and plans are shown as an example. The restaurant may be closed in low season.

GETTING HERE
Highway A 10 "Genova-Ventimiglia" - exit Varazze.
At the first crossing , turn right and follow the direction Savona, always keeping the sea on the left side and paying attention to the hotel signs.
After 2 km turn right and follow the direction Stazione/Castagnabuona.: you will reach the hotel Coccodrillo after 300 meters along this road.
