The Sabine Hills invite you to *** "Mary and Rose & The Olde Oak Tree"***.

It  is a welcoming and characteristic Hotel b&b*** within the walls of an ancient and recently restored farmhouse, at Magliano in the Sabine Hills (province of Rieti), a small town on the border between Lazio and Umbria.

It is easily reached as it is only one kilometre from the exit for Magliano Sabina, on the A1 Highway of the Sun Milan - Naples (A1 Autostrada del Sole Milano-Napoli).
From the exit, go in the direction for TERNI on the (SS3) Flaminia Road, you’ll find us at the 67 km, distance post.

Thanks to its strategic position, close to the main arterial roads, the motorway Auto sole A1(only 1km in the direction of Terni) and the Expressway Superstrada E45 (20km), its guests can reach rapidly all tourist and commercial centres in Central Italy.

 We are also well connected to the “Leonardo Da Vinci” Airport at Fiumicino, and to the main F.S train station in Rome, on the Regional Line FM1 (Fiumicino Airport – Orte) to or from the station of Civita Castellana – Magliano (only 4km).

The room furnishings are designed to make the atmosphere warm and welcoming. There are four ample bedrooms (two double, one triple and one quadruple rooms). These, if you need, you can use it, as a double or triple room. All tastefully furnished and each with its own private bathroom with shower, central heating, air conditioning and color TV. Check In: The rooms are available at any time from 3 p.m. Later arrivals are to be communicated.
