The RESIDENZA CARTIERA 243 stands in a privileged position along the hisotrical street "Pontebbana" of Villorba - treviso: just 10 minutes from the city center, close to the toll-gate of the A27 North Treviso motorway and the new "A.Canova" airport.
Its name takes origin from the paper industry standing near by, the factory chimney is still visible as a splendid example of industrial archeology. The structure, recently carefully and completely restored, is plunged in a 10.000 square meters of private park, available to guests. It is composed by rooms with bath and flats with 2 rooms and indipendent entrance.
