Our B&B is immersed in the beautiful parkland of a game reserve populated with roe deer, wild boars and foxes in the splendid countryside of the valley of Mugello. It is situated in a panoramic position 500 mt a.s.l. The wild yet harmonious scenery, a dense network of footpaths, the Lake of Bilancino (canoe, surf, sailing) and the excellent local cuisine make this area an ideal holiday destination. The powerful Medici loved Mugello and left a great number of signs of their passage. We are about a 50 minutes drive from the beautiful city of Florence and 8 km to the nice town of Vicchio wich offers to its visitors many attractions: Giotto Square, the main town square, here there is the ancient Palazzo Pretorio and the Church of S. Giovanni the Baptist; in the district of Vespignano is situated Giotto’s Birthplace. From Florence, passing along Via Bolognese, a stop will be Villa Demidoff’s Park in Pratolino; from here, continuing toward north along Via Bolognese, you will arrive in San Piero and you can admire the impressive Fortress of San Martino, wanted by Medici at the end of the 15th century; continue following the indications to Scarperia: here it is possible to visit Palazzo dei Vicari, built in the 14th century after town foundation by Florentine Republic.

The “Incompiuta”, our home, is very comfortable, calm and quiet, with certain areas that are shared with the other hosts: fireplace, spacious living room with TV, dining room, little kitchen; there are two well furnished rooms, each with their own bath with shower.

Nearby there is the “Casetta”, a small and inviting double room flat with private entrance, barbecue,TV, double room, refrigerator, bathroom with bath tube and hairdryer…an excellent solution for a romantic vacation!

The "Quercia" is another small and very nice flat for 2+2 persons in panoramic position with pool and valley view, with living room, kitchen, double room with private bathroon with shower. We can add a double bed.

During the summer season, breakfast is served in the garden, under the shadow of two magnificent century-old trees. It will be a pleasure for Antonella to host you and offering her fantastic breakfast complete with home-made cakes, cookies and jams produced with genuine fruit. On request she will prepare dinner for you based on typical Tuscany dishes and specialities of the house.
