"I Mastrazzi" it's the old name for Fishermen's red house.
Today it's a small and welcoming Bed & Breakfast; located in Riposto in front of the new Tourist Port called "Porto dell'Etna", a few minutes from bathing resort's areas. Riposto is a small fishing town on the coast between Catania and Taormina and approximately 30 mins drive from Catania airport.

This strategic location pleased both Mountain and Sea amateurs and easily allows reaching the most enchanting places of the eastern Sicily.

At 20 minutes from Catania and 15 minutes from Taormina places, at few miles from the magnificent view of Faraglioni di Acitrezza (Acitrezza 's Stacks), close to Etna Volcano and Alcantara gorges and a hour from archaeological site of Siracusa and from Caltagirone.

Each of the rooms includes its own independent entrance. and ensuite bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, and been fitted with air-conditioning,  TV, mini-bar.

There are a number of shops, mini-markets and restaurants within walking distance of the B&B. The B&B is located on the coast between Catania and Taromina. It is ideally positioned for visiting the local sites of interest like the amazing “Isles of Cyclopse” in Aci Trezza, Mount Etna and the Gole di Alcantara (natural lakes and caves). Siracusa rich with its archeological sites is approximately 1 hours drive away. Taormina which is is one of the most well known destinations in Sicily with its numerous restaurants, shops and bars is approximately 15 mins drive away. The port of Riposto also offers trips to the Aeolian islands (during Summer periods) and to Mount Etna. There are also other services such as taxis, secure parking, launderette, boat and dinghy hire.

• By car: take Motorway A18 Catania-Messina, exit: GIARRE
• From Catania: Bus and Train for Giarre-Riposto station
• From Catania Airport: take bus to Central Station, then take train to Giarre-Riposto direction/station.
