Formerly an Agostiniani monastery, dating back to the 18th century, this ancient building was converted into a hotel in 2000. Located in the old town centre of Corinaldo, it offers the ideal location for exploring the city. Attractions include some of the best preserved 15th century defensive walls in the Marche. The unique Hotel Il Giglio is located in the so-called City of Art and Faith that adjoins the sanctuary of Santa Maria Goretti. By car:- Taking the A14 motorway and exit for Senigallia (also train station) or Marotta (also train station). - Alternatively you can take the Senigallia exit and proceed along the small road "Corinaldese", following signs for Corinaldo that is only 20 kilometres from Senigallia (and Marotta). The nearest airport is Ancona - Falconara (50 km).
