Please remember it is very important you inform our staff about your arrival time at least 5 days before your check-in. As it is not an hotel there is no reception desk; you will be scheduled for an appointment with one of the staff members who will wait for you at the apartment or at the nearest boat station.

The cost of final cleaning is included in the rate.
Key collection can take place until 20:00.

After 20:00 the service is not included and must be payed on the spot, with different costs according to the time in the evening

Number of Guests:

Only the number of guests declared at the time of booking is allowed. Additional guests will be allowed in the booked accommodation only upon approval and at an extra fee per person per night. This includes children under 5 years of age.
