Nido dei Gabbiani is a very exclusive place: only 18 flats in 7 villas for people who love quiet and privacy.
Wide rooms arranged in a very ergonomic way enhance the functionality of the design, and the wide windows allow a direct contact with nature.

Your "Nest" has been designed to satisfy all needs: wide rooms and halls, internal room sharing from one to three, double bathrooms, double entrances to allow the total availability of spaces, private gardens from 200 to 1500 square meters and everything needed by the freedom of a seagull.....

All flats are provided with an independent warm/cold air conditioning system in each single room, washing-machine, TV Color, satellite system with digital decoder and D+ channel subscription.
The environment and the landscape surrounding the village have been kept intact and everything has been moved to leave place to the settling has been re-placed with care to obtain a perfect integration of villas in the nature.

Stays from satturday to saturday (for different periods there is a 10% of extra fee) Check in/check out 5 p.m. (check in after 8 p.m must be comunicated in advance. There will be an extra fee of 50,00 euro for unespected late arrivals)

Compulsory fees
Weekly forfait: one room apt 130,00 euro; two rooms apt 190,00 euro; three rooms apt 230,00 euro The forfait includes electricity, water and gas bills; bed linen and bath linen.
Final cleaning:one room apt 40,00 euro; two rooms apt 60,00 euro; three rooms apt 80,00 euro (except for cooking machine that must be cleaned by the clients. If the cooking machine is not cleaned there will be an extra fee of 50,00 euro)

Extra services
Daily cleaning: one room apt 20,00 euro; two rooms apt 25,00 euro; three rooms apt 30,00 euro (cooking machine not included)
Baby cot : 50 euro for periods A/B/C 80 euro for the other periods.
Beach services (from June 2nd to September 15th) 70 euro per week (one umbrella and 2 sun chairs included)
Pick up from/to Olbia port ONE WAY 60 euro for 2 people. 30 euro each for shared car (children 0-2 years free) from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. there will be an extra fee of 20%
Linen change: bed linen 15 euro- bath linen 15 euro per person.
On request other services are available (baby sitting, dog sitting etc.)

IMPORTANT NOTE
All our guests must pay a deposit of 200,00 euro that will be refunded at the end of the stay after a control of the apartment. In case of departure out of office time the money will be refunded through mail.
Small pets accepted (30 euro per week).

The restaurant "Il Maestrale" is inside the village and is the ideal place to try the colors and the tastes of Mediterranean cuisine, several fish dishes, Gran Buffet, and don't forget the wanderful original Neaples Pizzas.

HOW TO GET THERE.
The port of Palau is just 5 minutes from the "Nido dei Gabbiani", the port of Santa Teresa Gallura only 20 minutes, Olbia and Golfo Aranci are about 35 minutes far.
