The residence La Mattanza has been designed to offer its guests a diversified choice, relying on a large number of apartments with different characteristics. According to the type of tourist holiday home, our guests can choose the best apartment for your needs.

I Bivani, called "Paranza" (named after a particular type of fish), can accommodate up to four people, thanks to a large double bedroom and a living room with sofa bed. The three-room apartments, called "le Nasse" (the name of a traditional fishing technique) are equipped with two bedrooms, accommodating up to 6 people.

Finally, on the fourth and fifth floors of the residence there is the attic (up to 4 people) and the super penthouse (up to 3 people), known as "Rais" (the term of Arab origin that designes the "responsible" of the tuna fish), both equipped with high comfort level as the fireplace, the roof with exposed beams, terrace with panoramic veranda

Each apartment offers the following standards comforts:
