The “Nido Verde” opened its doors for the first time as a Hotel and Restaurant in 1960 under the ownership of Catello Somma.

Then at the end of 1980 his children Stefano, Salvatore, Cristina and Giuseppe decided to leave Agerola and the hotel closed. The only one who remained was Gerardo, who with Caterina, his wife, stayed to raise their children: Roberto, Francesco and Alessandro

And so Roberto after spending time abroad and gaining experience in a variety of hotels, in 2008 decided with his brothers to revive the family tradition and reopen “Nido Verde”, in order to offer yet more guests the warm welcome typical of the Southern Italian family.

We have six comfortable and welcoming rooms, furnished in an elegant but homely way, all coming with their own private bathroom and balconies.
Within the rooms themselves you will find all the necessary comforts: heating, telephone, cable TV, hairdryer and safe.

How to reach Us
By car: Whether coming from north or south of Naples take the A3 Napoli-Salerno motorway and take the exit for Castellammare di Stabia and then continue in the direction of Agerola/Amalfi along the SS 366 motorway.

By train: The closest train station is Napoli Centrale
There are hourly SITA buses from Napoli Porta Vecchia Immacolata which take just 1 hour to reach Agerola.
Alternatively, it is also possible to catch a ferry or hydrofoil from the Beverello pier to Amalfi from where you can then take a bus

By air: The closest airport is the Capodichino International Airport of Naples.
