Residence Le Quattro Stagioni is a modern structure of recent construction. Divided into four buildings (Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter), has 110 apartments with kitchenette for a total of 621 beds.

Behind the Residence Four Seasons is a large playground for children, and yet the historical establishment of Perugina (Nestle), a leader in factory production of the chocolate world famous for the classic 'Kiss'. On reservation we organize visits to the plant and the Historical Museum.

Residence Four Seasons is located in San Sisto, near the historical center of Perugia, the capital of the region and known university city and tourist destination. Breakfast: served in the Hall "Little Ulivo" from 7:00 am to 9.30 on weekdays and from 7.30 am to 9.30 on Sundays. A rich buffet consisting of croissants, bakery products of different kinds, bread, jam, corn flakes, ham, cheese, coffee, hot chocolate, tea, fruit juice and yogurt. Are available for our guests including national and local newspapers.
