Our rooms in La Spezia are located in the city center near the train station (five minutes walk) and a short distance from the bus stops that lead to Lerici and Portovenere.
They are placed in Piazza Brin, one of the oldest squares of La Spezia, surrounded by ancient buildings, one of which is of our house, very quiet, with view over the hills of La Spezia. Moreover,since we are placed in a area closed to traffic, our house is very quiet. Piazza Brin is a very sunny place with a lot of gardens and a wonderfull fountain built during the 50'.

Our house is palced in a building that dates back at the beginning of the twentieth century, that has been recently renewed. Our apartment is at the third floor (with elevator) and has been completely rfurbished in 2009. Near Piazza Brin there is a wide free parking from where you can reach, by bus or by foot the city center.

We offer a double room (whic can accommodate up to 3 people) with private bathroom with shower and hairdryer.
The other two roms have shared bathroom with shoer and hairdryer. In each room you'll find an lcd tv and a kettle with various herbal thea and camomilla thea.

at our guests disposal there is also a fridge with cold water.

Gabriella is also available to help you to plan and book tours and to give you maps and depliants.
The daily cleaning and the linen change (every three days) is included in price.
