In the heart of Tuscany, just 40 minutes from Florence and Siena, and just 15 minutes from Arezzo, lies the beautiful Villa Cassia di Baccano with its 10 elegant, refined and comfortable apartments.
The red Villa and its ancient sixteenth-century stone mill are surrounded by a park, a pine forest and a swimming pool, and are located in the area which was loved and painted several times by Leonardo da Vinci.
The location is perfect for visiting nearby cities of art, for discovering local history and for following the traditional food and wine routes.
Ten suites and apartments are situated in the red villa and its sixteenth-century mill so that our guests can enjoy a truly refined atmosphere.

The Villa is ideally situated to allow our Guests to enjoy a huge range of different activities including: trekking, mountain biking, horse-riding and fishing.
There is also a wide choice of artistic and religious sites to discover and explore. A special favourite are the Gourmet Tours, which allow you to visit famous wineries, sample classic Italian wines and take a cooking class, where you can learn to make traditional Italian dishes.
And if that’s not enough, then you can choose to relax in a Spa or go shopping in one of the famous Tuscan Outlets.
Rates are on a self catering bases and include:

How to reach us
From Florence - Highway A1 - Exit Valdarno (km 15)
Turn right and follow the signs for Terranuova Bracciolini. You will find two roundabouts, follow the signs for San Giustino Valdarno and Il Borro. About 200 metres before San Giustino Valdarno you will see a red villa in front of you: Villa Cassia di Baccano.
From Rome - Highway A1 - Exit Arezzo (km 23)
Follow the signs to Arezzo Centro and then go on to Castiglion Fibocchi and San Giustino Valdarno. Pass through the village, pass the petrol station and after about 200 metres you will find Villa Cassia di Baccano on your right.
