This new structure, composed of five suites: three doubles, a triple and a single, all with private bath and each in a unique style, is an oasis of charm and relaxation in a part of Rome that is a focal point for business and trade.
Each room is spacious and bright, each one has large windows and a terrace, plus a generous bathroom with fine designer elements and mosaics, tub or shower.
Inspired by a concept of contemporary design but with warmth and charm, architect Emanuela De Leo has created rooms which give rise to new sensations.

Designed for those who are always on the move, but with no desire to forego comfort and luxury, La Terrazza offers elegant surroundings, both comfortable and refined, created to offer the fine pleasure of rest and silence.
Located on the top floor of the building, all rooms look onto the beautiful Terrace with its quiet corner of paradise immersed in nature, where the scent of aromatic herbs cradle dreams, and the closeness of the sky brings you silent magic.Our guests are welcomed untill 18:00 by our Staff; beyond time arrivals for reception will be taken direct agreement. Check-out suites no later than 11:00

Facilities
Available to guests of La Terrazza are: maps of the city, tourist brochures with indications of the city’s main attractions, museums, theaters, cinemas and restaurants.
On request, DVDs, books, and magazines, also in English, can be provided.
Our staff is at your disposal to assure that your stay in Rome be a pleasant one.
La Terrazza can make covered parking space available for guests’ private vehicles, and on request, will book the services of a hired car with driver.
Health spas affiliated with our management, provide relaxing massages and various treatments for energy regeneration.

Our Suites
Each room has been designed with a concept of open space, with lots of light and dreams of the sea filling those spaces. The bright, fresh atmosphere of the rooms enhances the elegance of the materials and refined details. The attention put into every detail, the fabrics and colors of the décor, pamper those who experience them: from the lighting fixtures to bathroom accessories, from the floors to terrace tables.
Prints by photographer Alberto Luca Recchi depicting the wonders of the sea, grace the walls.
In spring and summer guests can have breakfast in their secluded area on the terrace, enjoying the first rays of the sun.

Ciprea, Mola Mola, Chimera, Arapaima and Tilapia are finely furnished, each with private bath, shower and/or bath.
The rooms have a mini bar, Wi-Fi connection, LCD TV, a DVD player, and an I-Pod set up, as well as a safe for valuables and an electric kettle for tea and American coffee.

Each suite’s private corner of the terrace is furnished with a comfortable lounger to relax in the sun or read a book under the pergola.
The comfort of our beds reflect the spirit of La Terrazza, a living space created with environmentally friendly materials to respect and protect the environment; pillows and mattresses are in anti-allergic materials, and sheets as well as bathroom towel-sets are rigorously in 100% cotton.
Smoking is not allowed in any of our rooms.

The Chimera Suite can host up to three people. Its 40 square meters provides the ideal arrangement for a couple with a child or for those who want to enjoy ample space. A large sliding window opens onto the private terrace where our guests can enjoy a “heaven pool” to cool off during the hot days in summer.

The Ciprea Suite has a French bed and proffers an unexpected gift: tiny stars to cradle your dreams every night.
La Terrazza offers to the guests of Suites Ciprea, Mola Mola and Arapaima, the free use of an exclusive area dedicated to hydromassage: a Jacuzzi mini-pool for four people with heated water in winter, to relax and recuperate energy lost during the day.
In several of the suites an extra bed may be added on request.
