Hotel Collodi is a lovely little hotel located in the historical centre of Florence, in the St. Lorenzo district. It is an approximately 5 minutes walk from the Santa Maria Novella Central Railway Station, congress and exhibition centre, and from the most important sights and museums.

All rooms have private bath/shower and WC and are tastefully furnished in typical Florentine style with fine details and an elegant and warm atmosphere. The beds are made from wrought iron. Every room is equipped with TV with CNN, minibar, telephone, air condition and private safe. The furniture, accessories and rooms are accurately checked by the management.

How to reach our hotel:
The train station of Santa Maria Novella is located about 400 meters from the hotel. Going out the station, take the exit near the Pharmacy - go straight and cross the street at the traffic lights and turn right towards the Mc Donald's. Go always straight and cross the street Largo Alinari. At the next corner you reach Piazza dell'Unità Italiana. Turn left in Via Sant'Antonino. You have to go until the end of the street where you will see the door of the hotel at your left side. (During your walk you will pass the Central Market - Mercato Centrale) From the station to the hotel it's just a 10 minutes walk (about 400-500 metres).

By Car: Go towards the S.M. Novella Railway Station driving along S. Caterina d'Alessandria Street until you find a square on your right (Piazza Indipendenza). Turn left at the always blinking traffic lights in Via Guelfa. Follow the street and take the third street on your right side (Via Ginori). Then turn right on the next street. Now you have reached Via Taddea. You will find our hotel is on the right side.
