Three rooms independently – 50 Sq meters – ( Two rooms + Bathroom and Galley )are formed by a bedroom, living room with barrel vaults, and bathroom with shower and hair dryer.
The apartment is elegantly furnished and provided with independent heating system adequate also for winter holidays.
Provided with double divan-bed for additional two sleeping and if required one extra bed. The cooking-area has all cooking facilities for self-catering, including oven and fridge, it also has a washing machine, and color TV set. A baby cot available.The apartment is surrounded by a typical Sorrento’s citrus grove and centuries-old olive trees, in a totally noise free environment . It is located just 8-900 meters far from Sorrento' main square.
Bed Room and Living Room are separated by TWO Doors . Therefore two couples of friends can be accommodated keeping their privacy.
REMARKS :
1 )From June 1st to September 30th weekly renting, .
2 ) Whatever the stay it will be requested a payment of 15 Euro for the final cleaning of the Apartment.
3 ) The heating is accounted separately and charged at 0,35 Euro per Kwh.
