Staff was very friendly, ready to serve; but personnel in the breakfast/dining area were quite cold and impersonal.

Even though temperatures were well above normal for the time of year, AC was not available, nor any fan. Windows could not be opened due to lack of security bars. Very noisy door that rattled each time glass doors slid open, due to lack of proper gasket.
