Clean, totally quiet, nicely remodeled recently, new bathroom, comfortable mattress, fast ethernet access in the room (cable provided), FANTASTIC LOCATION two blocks from the Piazzo of St. Peter and the Vatican Museum/Sistine Chapel, friendly helpful host

No kitchen, and breakfast is from a (very good) take-away cafe down the street (any time you want it). Wifi is not offered reliably (but free fast wired connection is); host not on site. Our room, named "small double", was small. Shower very small.

Good communication with staff (mail/teleph./sms) Very quiet rooms situated in the middle of the building. (2 small terrasses available)Clean and luxuous. Metro Ottaviano 200m, busstop 100m, Saint Peter 300m. Regional market 300m, supermarket 300m.

Don't expect a great breakfast at location. Breakfast like many Romans do, standing in a bar 100m away with a cappucino and cornetto. Buy bread, ham, fruit and other in the nearby regional market (via dei Gracchi 300m away)
