The hotel is beautiful and clean.You do get to feel you are in Italy as they have preserved the tradition.The location is great too.Breakfast is of good standard but would be nice to have the traditional black tea and toasted bread as opposed to fruit tea
Breakfast finishes too early.For people on vacation you don't want to eat as early as 9.30.this should be change to 10.00/ 10.30.The staff are generally ok but the first welcome was a bit too formal.Customers need to get a warm welcome not a set of rules
