Manyara Vineyard is a small family vineyard located in Balhannah in the Adelaide Hills where the extended Lipman family concentrate on growing grapes of the highest quality. The vines are lovingly tended and carefully managed through hand pruning, shoot and bunch thinning to produce premium wines with distinctive fruit character.
Wines available include Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and the Manyara red wine blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec and Petit Verdot. The 2011 Pinot Noir will be available early in 2012....
