When the first 16ft skiff set sail out onto Manly Cove in 1921 from the very site we are situated on this day, the crew and officials on the day may not have realised the significance of that special day. But in the many years that have followed, as each new generation of sailors had emerged, the Manly Skiff Club has remained dedicated to it's grass roots and loyal to the sport of sailing on Sydney's Northern Beaches.
